2. Services Description

We provide the following services:

  • One-on-one health coaching sessions

  • Group coaching programs

  • Monthly membership content and support

  • Digital wellness resources and materials

3. Program Terms

3.1 One-on-One Coaching

  • Sessions must be used within 12 months on Accelerate Plan, 6 months on Transformation Plan, Basic Essentials 3 months of purchase

  • 24 notice required for cancellation

  • Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited

  • No refunds on unused sessions

2.2 Programs

  • Program access is granted for the Healthy Living Program Accelerate Plan 12 months, Transformation 6 months, Basic Essentials DIY 3 months.

  • Live sessions cannot be made up if missed.

  • Replays are available for 14 days after each live session.

  • Program materials are for individual use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

3.3 Monthly Membership

  • Billed monthly/weekly/fortnightly on a recurring basis.

  • One month’s written notice required for cancellation.

  • Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

  • Monthly membership does not form part of the Payment Terms and conditions.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Payment is due in full before services begin unless an approved payment plan has been set up.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods via secure checkout


By enrolling in a program with Back to Basics Health Solutions, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Full Payment or Payment Plan:

    Program fees must be paid in full prior to commencement unless a pre-approved payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are a structured commitment to pay the full program amount over a set period and are not considered a monthly membership or subscription.

  • Payment Plan Conditions:

    All payment plans are managed through PaySmart.

    A deposit is required prior to program commencement if you are not paying in full.

    A PaySmart setup fee will be charged on the first payment.

    Payments must be made on time as agreed in your payment schedule.

  • Late Payments:

    Late or failed payments may incur a late payment fee and could result in suspension of services until payments are brought up to date.

  • Ongoing Obligation:

    By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of program completion status, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans are binding financial commitments.

5. Refund Policy

  • 1:1 Coaching: Non-refundable to support client commitment.

  • Group Programs: Non-refundable due to digital nature and immediate access to content.

  • Monthly Memberships: Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time.


    Refunds for physical goods are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
