3. Program Terms
3.1 One-on-One Coaching
Sessions must be used within 12 months on Accelerate Plan, 6 months on Transformation Plan, Basic Essentials 3 months of purchase
24 notice required for cancellation
Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited
No refunds on unused sessions
2.2 Programs
Program access is granted for the Healthy Living Program Accelerate Plan 12 months, Transformation 6 months, Basic Essentials DIY 3 months.
Live sessions cannot be made up if missed.
Replays are available for 14 days after each live session.

3.3 Monthly Membership
Billed monthly/weekly/fortnightly on a recurring basis.
